Terms of use portal TOP-CASA

Common rules:

• place, transfer or in any other way publish materials that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, offending morality, defamatory, infringing copyrights, propagandizing hatred and / or discrimination against people on racial, ethnic, sexual, social grounds; 
• violations of the rights of minors and / or causing harm in any way; 
• infringement of the rights of minorities; 
• impersonate another person or entity and / or community without sufficient rights, including the Company's employees, forum moderator, owner of the Company, and misleading about features and characteristics of any subjects or objects; 
• place, transfer or in any other way publish materials that the Visitor doesn’t have the right to make available under the law or pursuant to any contractual relations; 
• place, transfer or in any other way publish materials that affect any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights and / or copyrights and allied rights of third parties; 
• place, transfer or in any other way publish unpermitted information in special way of advertising, spam, "pyramid schemes," "chain letters"; 
• upload, post, transmit or in any other way publish any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment or software for unauthorized access, as well as serial numbers for commercial software products and programs for their generation, logins, passwords and other means to gain unauthorized access to paid resources on the Internet, as well as provide links to the information above; 
• purposely or occasional violation of any local, national or international laws; 
• send, transmit emails in someone's address, containing rude and abusive expressions or sentences; 
• send, transmit emails containing pornographic materials; 

• modify the Portal at its discretion;
• to provide both paid and free services for Users (called further - "Services"); 
• make changes to these Rules unilaterally; 
• change the cost and types of services, terms of their availability; User has the right, noticing to the Company, terminate the paid services - in this case, unspent funds of the User will be returned to him by the Company. Transfer of funds from one User to another is not provided; 
• edit or delete the content published by User on the Portal, if they don’t fit the conditions of these Rules, are harmful to the Company or any third party; 
• use the personal data of Users as well as materials published on the portal for public access, in particular, to develop promotional materials, posting on websites of partners of the Company; 
• transfer the rights obtained from the User by this Regulation to third parties for the execution of these Rules without the consent of the User. 
• in the case, if the User admits the violation of these Rules, the signed Agreement, or if there is more than one complaint for the User from other users, the Company has the right to block the User’s account  till the ascertaining of circumstances. 

• for any breach of the portal; 
• for any errors in the portal; 
• any direct or indirect damages, regardless of the cause or causes, its nature, origin and consequences. This includes expenditure on the acquisition of objects through the portal, loss of profits, customers or data, or any other financial losses incurred as a result of visits of this Portal or the inability of visit, and also because of trust in any information, directly or indirectly received on this Portal; 
• for injury, damage, loss of information or for causing any damage to any persons that have arisen in the use of portal services, including the use of mobile communications and other means of telecommunication;
• violating by the User copyright and other rights of third parties by publishing the material inappropriate to the current legislation (including copyright), added by Users to the Portal or transferred to the Company in any other way.
