Procedure for submitting requests users
1.Visitor of portal submits request for purchase or rent of real estate on portal www.top-casa.comin the block "Send request".It’s necessary to fill valid information, as much as possible about your request.
2.According to the rules of requests registration, their activation and processing, there will be held automatic registration of new user on portal, using the data specified in the request form.Confirmation ofregistrationissentto thespecifiedemailwhensubmitting request.

3.User confirms the registration on portalwww.top-casa.com(please click on the link to confirm your registration) and enters the portal using the username and password sent to email.
4.After confirming the registration, request is automatically registered in the system of requests processing on portal TOP-CASA, the request gets the status "Waiting".
Thisstatusmeansthatatthis time, noone real estate agencyhas takenpart in theprocessingof the request.
5.New request is sent to all real estate agents - partners of portal TOP-CASA, which are presented at the region, specified in the request.
6.User can open section "My requests" and see the list of estate agents processing the request.
7.After confirming, agents begin to process the request and it gets status “In process” Thisstatusmeansthatatthis time, at least onereal estate agencyis processing the request. The user can monitor the progress of the request processing.
8.Communication, transfer of files - photos, presentations, plans is held in the user chat in form of online communication.Agents post photos of properties matching the request here.
9.After the client chooses property, the agent sends the preliminary agreement of the transaction.If the contract must be signed, it’s possible to download document, print, sign, scan and attach in "My Documents".In this block it’s also possible to attach copy of the receipt and send to the company.
10.Client sends the contract or receipt the agent.Contract is automatically saved on portal and can be displayed for both parties in the "Details" of the request.
11.The last step is when the client confirms the real estate agency as the agent of the transaction by clicking "Confirm partner of the transaction" in the user profile.
12. Status of request changes to "Completed".Thisstatusmeansthatatany given timethe clienthas contracted withReal Estate Agencyon the givenobjectandthe applicationis no longeractive.
If the request is incorrect, should be changed or there are other significant factors hindering the execution of the request, the client can cancel the request clicking "Cancel request" in the "Details" of the request and indicating the reason why the request should be cancelled. After the cancellation the request gets the status "Cancelled". This status means that at this time the client canceled the request processing for one of the important reasons and the requestis no longer active.
