The system of ads publishing

• Each user, registered as the "Real Estate agency" can apply for Collaboration with Portal TOP-CASA on "AFFILIATE PROGRAM". The program provides FREE ads publication for Real Estate Agency with payment 10%  of the commission Real Estate Agents to portal TOP-CASA in transactions through the portal.

• Each user, registered as the "Private person" may submit one advertisement for FREE. If you would like to publish more advertisements, you will need to buy one of our packages of the ads. Publication period of paid ads is 1 month o 30 days. After the expiration the procedure must be repeated again.

• Each user, registered as the "Real Estate agency" may submit one advertisement for FREE. Also Agency can get the ability to publish the packages of the ads. Publication period of paid ads is 1 month o 30 days. After the expiration the procedure must be repeated again.

Scheme - Collaboration agreement with portal TOP-CASA

The members of portal undertake to publish only accurate information about the real property. Each ad is previewed and checked by the administration of portal. Each ad is verified for the compliance with the rules of the portal concerning publishing of ads.   Administration of portal TOP-CASA has the right to cancel or not admit the publication of ads in case of discrepancy of publishing rules.   Administration of portal TOP-CASA has the right to terminate the publication of ads in case if the user hasn’t prolonged the publication during 3 days.   If you will have questions, please use contact form and send your request.
