Real estate portal TOP-CASA offers the following system of ads publishing:
Each registered user may submit one ad for FREE for 30 days. If user needs to publish more ads, user needs to buy one of paid packages. Publication period of paid ads is 30 days. After the expiration the procedure must be repeated again.
Each user is registered as a "Real Estate Agency" or "Construction company" can apply for collaboration with portal TOP-CASA on "Partners program". The program provides FREE publication of larger number of ads for the companies.
The members of portal undertake to publish accurate information about the real property. Each ad is a preview by the administrator for compliance with the rules of the portal concerning publishing of ads.
Administration of portal TOP-CASA has the right to cancel or not approval of publication of ads in case of discrepancy of publishing rules.
Administration of portal TOP-CASA has the right to terminate the publication of ads in case if the user hasn’t prolonged the publication during 3 days.
