Requirements for the ads publishing
The main goal of the portal TOP-CASA is connection of the real estate market participants in the single informational space regardless, location, and providing the largest number of ads for real estate in the world. Consequently, one of the main objectives of the portal is - to provide the most quality and reliable information. However, we can’t guarantee absolute compliance with these obligations because of the large amount of provided information. Portal TOP-CASA developed the “Terms of Use ", which acts together with this document describing the requirements for the ads, publishing on the portal TOP-CASA.
General requirements for the ads:
- You can place only the real estate ads of two criteria - sales and rentals;
- The ad should contain information about only one object;
- The ad must be indicated in all the languages represented in the portal: title, location and address, property type, the availability of the object, price, number of rooms, total area photos;
- The publication of the ad is allowed with minimum fill to 50%.
- The user must specify only valid data and contact information about himself, and in the case if the ad is represented by "Real Estate Agency", the mandatory fields are: Company name and location, name of manager of the company, contact information of the real estate agency;
- Information should be filled in the appropriate fields;
- User must be 18 or older;
- In the free ads and ads from the “TOP-CASA Partners” advertisement and links to other sites
- aren’t allowed;
- It’s allowed to publish pictures and / or photos and / or video only of appropriate property;
- Minimum size of photo, picture must be 400 x 300 pixels and the maximum size shouldn’t exceed 1600 x 1200 pixels, the volume of 1500 kB;
- It’s not allowed to place the photos of objects with water marks of other companies without the agreement of the owners or the Administration of portal TOP-CASA;
- The duplication of ads for the same object isn’t allowed;
- It’s prohibited to place the ads of sold objects;
- It’s prohibited to fill the fields with false information;
- Another methods misleading the visitors and users of site are prohibited;
- It’s not allowed to post the ads, advertising the competitive sites;
- It’s prohibited to post messages with information contrary to the rules established by the portal TOP-CASA;
- The ads with unclear and / or weird information are prohibited;
- No ads with unprintable words;
- The re-register and publication with expired publication in period shorter than 30 days after removal of the announcement is prohibited;
- Objects in represented ads should strictly match the type: apartment, room, house, commercial property, bungalow, cottage, etc.
In case of violation of rules:
- Portal administration reserves the absolute right to delete, suspend in search, change the status of ads that violate the rules.
- If the ad had been placed on a paid basis and / or promoted through paid services of portal - paid money can’t be refund.
- In the case of repeated violations by the same person or entity, the Administration of portal reserves the right to put the person to "black list", to refuse any publication on the portal TOP-CASA.
- If the user is the partner, the contract is terminated without refund unused balance of funds.
