Internet portal TOP-CASA is a project of Spanish company ARTEDEN Inversiones y Proyectos S.L.N.E., which is engaged in intermediary activity in real estate field and is located in Spain.

 

TOP-CASA provides high quality advertising space for its partners – real estate companies and agencies, developers (builders) and their trusted agents and partners and also for private sector – real-estate owners. We collaborate only with the best and most reputable companies – leaders in the market segment of their region.

TOP-CASA provides wide spectrum of real estate objects, detailed and accurate information about seller and real estate markets in different countries, about judicial and procedural aspects of real estate transactions and rights and obligations of the real estate owners to its visitors. Portal TOP-CASA does not sell real estate property, but grants direct and prompt contact between a buyer and a seller. In the countries of Western Europe a seller of the real estate property pays for intermediary services of the agency, that is why our services for clients are free. We are an intermediate link that bears responsibility for a transaction and the quality of real estate property.

Portal has 3 language versions (English, Russian and Spanish) we are going to add more European languages in future. All the listings are checked before publishing and are posted in 3 language versions, which considerably increases target audience. We collaborate with large real estate agencies and portals, so your listings will be posted on the pages of other portals as well, that will undoubtedly increase a chance of finding a client in a shortest term possible.

 

For clients we have implemented “send a request” feature. If you are unable to find a flat, a villa or any other type of real estate property or you simply have no time to search – send us a request and we will find an object that meets your requirements and wishes for you.

 

Portal was developed after a thorough analysis of similar internet projects and contains maximum quantity of services along with simple, user-friendly interface. Our IT team optimizes the portal and ads new features constantly. All the changes are displayed in the News section.
